This is easy to make for quick homely meal if you don't have a lot of time
Roll frozen puff pastry (take it out the morning and put in the fridge to use that evening)
1 Rotisserie Chicken, deboned and shredded
2 Cups of milk
1 Chicken stock block
1 Onion finely chopped
1 1/2 garlic gloves finrly chopped
5 Sprigs thyme leaves chopped
1tbsp Butter
1Cup Frozen garden peas rinsed under luke warm water
1 Sachet Mushroom sauce
1 Egg lightly whisked for egg wash
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Heat the butter and fry the onion, garlic and thyme for 2-3 min
Heat one cup of milk and dissolve the chicken stock block in it
Add the peas and chicken, stir through whilst pouring in the milk with the chicken stock and let simmer for 3 min
Add the rest of the milk and add the sauce sachet stir throug and dish all in to an oven proof dish
Roll out your dough and cover the dish, trim the excess dough. You can use that dough to decorate your pie
Brush the egg wash on and bake for 20-30 min until golden brown. Serve with rice and a green salad
