2 tablespoons whole mustard seeds
1 tablespoon whole allspice berries
2 teaspoons whole coriander seeds
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or more to taste
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 bay leaves, crumbled
2 cinnamon sticks, broken in half
6 whole cloves
Take small onions, cauliflower flowers and soak in salt water overnight. Heat up all below, bottle and put on the pantry for preservation.
Mix 3/4 bottle white vinegar
1/4 bottle brown vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Tablespoon Pickling mix (above)
You can add whole red chillies for some colour
