There are so many names for good old fashioned platters. "Charcuterie", "Tapas", "Antipesto" - French, Spanish and Italian, but they are all plated snacks as an appetizer or as our grandmothers called it "FINGERFOOD". Small bite size snacks on a board or plate for everyone to share.
Just a few photo's of platters that I have done. I have learned one thing, people lime to eat with their eyes and platters are always a winner when presented in a nice festive but yet classy way.
